My story began in the small town of Sedley, Virginia, where I learned early that character, humility, hard work, and faith matter most. Through years of martial arts training, earning my black belt at 18, and working alongside my father building houses, I developed the discipline, grit, and leadership mindset that would shape my future. In 2001, I moved to Jacksonville in search of opportunity, determined to build something meaningful from the ground up.

 

That journey led me to founding Koehn Outdoor, which grew from a one-man vision into a multi-million-dollar company that was eventually acquired at an eight-figure valuation. Today, my passion is helping entrepreneurs build scalable businesses, develop strong leadership and culture, and create lives filled with freedom, impact, and purpose through coaching and mentorship.
